Mobile Device / M365 Support Analyst – Intune & MDM

Location: Burnaby, BC

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2 days onsite

Contract: Initial 6 months, with strong possibility of extension

Start Date: September 2026

We are seeking a Mobile Device / M365 Support Analyst for a contract opportunity in Burnaby, BC. This role is ideal for someone with solid hands‑on experience supporting enterprise mobile devices, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and endpoint management technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, support, and troubleshoot Android and Apple iOS/iPadOS devices and tablets .

Diagnose mobile device hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues.

Support Microsoft 365 applications and services in an enterprise environment.

Provide SharePoint support, including document management, permissions, collaboration features, and end‑user assistance.

Support endpoint and mobile device management activities.

Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.





Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and support project deliverables.

Maintain technical and process documentation.

Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years of relevant enterprise IT support, systems support, or business analysis experience.

Strong hands‑on experience with Android and Apple iOS/iPadOS devices .

Experience supporting Microsoft 365 .

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint .

Strong troubleshooting and end‑user support skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

MDM / MAM

Conditional Access and mobile security

ServiceNow

ITIL experience or certification

Experience in a large enterprise, public sector, or utilities environment

Candidates should be comfortable working onsite in Burnaby two days per week and providing their own laptop/equipment for the engagement.
