As Quality Assurance Director, you will report directly to the VP of Quality, leading the QA program at AtomVie. Your key responsibilities include maintaining robust quality systems and collaborating with Product Development, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs to support thriving contract development operations. Your leadership will establish world-class pharmaceutical GMP practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of Quality Assurance initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement in sterile manufacturing operations




• Serve as liaison for external clients and audits
• Ensure compliance with Health Canada, FDA, and EMA regulations
• Champion a culture of quality across the organization

Requirements:
• 15 years of QA experience in pharmaceutical/biotech
• Managerial experience with direct reports
• Knowledge of sterile manufacturing regulations
• Experience in developing quality systems from the ground up
• Competent in achieving market authorizations
