Become an Elementary Long Term Occasional Itinerant Teacher for French Immersion at Cochrane Public School starting August 31, 2026. This 1.0FTE role requires Ontario College of Teachers Accreditation.

This position focuses on teaching French Immersion students and requires Primary/Junior and FSL qualifications. Additional skills in Special Education are preferred to enhance student learning. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and supporting students from August 31, 2026, to June 25, 2027, or upon return of the absent employee.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver immersive French language instruction
• Create engaging lesson plans for diverse learners
• Monitor student progress and provide support
• Collaborate with school staff and parents
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning setting

Requirements:
• Ontario College of Teachers Accreditation
• Primary/Junior teaching qualifications
• French as a Second Language (FSL) qualifications
• Preferred qualifications in Special Education
• Criminal Background Check required
