As an experienced Accounting Technician, you will work closely with the Controller and take pride in delivering accurate, organized, and dependable financial results. The position requires a robust understanding of job costing and WIP reporting while supporting billing, cash reconciliations, and accounting improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete full-cycle accounting for related companies
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting
• Prepare cash budgets and bank reconciliations
• Assist with job costing and progress billing
• Document and improve accounting procedures

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience
• Accounting certificate or diploma required
• Full-cycle accounting expertise
• Proficient in Excel and multi-company accounting
• Strong attention to detail with ownership of deadlines
