Sephora Canada is seeking a Stage Experience Manager to oversee the sales floor, train and develop Beauty Advisors, and drive client experience on the shop floor. You will lead a team of Stage Experience Leads and Beauty Advisors, coaching them to use Sephora’s selling model and exceed store goals.
Responsibilities include coordinating in-store events with the Beauty Services team, managing visual merchandising and stock levels, and engaging with brand representatives to train staff.
