Bombardier is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to assist the Aerospace Canada team in achieving its goals. This role requires at least five years of experience in HR and labor relations, where you'll provide coaching, support, and strategic HR solutions. You will engage in performance management, compliance with collective agreements, and improve HR strategies to empower the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify HR and organizational development issues
• Coach management on labor relations and talent management
• Advise on collective agreement interpretation
• Support HR program delivery and processes
• Collaborate on staffing strategies with the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Five years of HR and Labor Relations experience
• Solid interpersonal and project management skills
• Fluent in English and French
