As part of the Global Accounting and Reporting (AR) department, the AR Global team strives to deliver reliable and consistent reporting for Global Thales, acting as an AR financial reporting and control coordinator and primary contact person for the entities under his/her scope.

AR Financial Reporting and Control Coordinator will:

Consolidate, analyze and challenge the actual data from the various entities under his/her scope and ensure their consistency regarding Group policies for the preparation of the Consolidated Financial Statements.

Ensure the proper Accounting treatment of the entity's main transactions (Revenue recognition, provisions for risks, inventory valuation, etc.)

Perform analytical review of actual vs budget/forecast and challenge the entity's financial teams during their closing process and validate their monthly reporting packages.

Prepare and communicate monthly/quarterly financial reports and variance analysis to the internal stakeholders.

Contribute to the Group's external audit by supporting the entities under his/her scope and following up on all audit findings.

Support the entities under his/her scope on complex accounting issues, ensuring compliance with Group Accounting policies and IFRS standards.

Maintain and update the Group's Accounting policies.

Support the process of standardizing and improving the Group's reporting processes and tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.

Strong analytical skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Excellent communication skills,



both written and verbal, in English.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Finance or CPA designation.

Experience with financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.

Experience in a large multinational company, public accounting firm, or a similar role.

Fluency in French.
