Foremen/Forewomen - Suncor Fort Hills - 14/7 - Paid Flights + Accommodations Provided - Up to $48/hr - Fort McMurray, AB Kichton Construction LP is seeking experienced Foremen/Forewomen to join their team at the Suncor Fort Hills site in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This role involves leading heavy equipment crews on reclamation projects in the mining and oilsands sector. The ideal candidates will have significant supervisory experience in mining or industrial environments and a strong safety mindset.
Perks & Advantages Wages: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour with overtime after 8 hours per day
Bi-weekly pay

What You’ll Need Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction supervisory role
Mining/oilsands experience required
Familiarity with production environments
Safety-first attitude
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in English (verbal and written)
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a good driver’s abstract
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
CSO, BSO or OSSA Regional certification
Energy Safety Canada or ACSA Version: OH&S; AB Legislative Awareness
Energy Safety Canada: Silica Awareness
Energy Safety Canada: Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness
Energy Safety Canada: Wood Buffalo Wildlife Intermediate
Energy Safety Canada: Hydrogen Sulfide Awareness or H2S Alive
Suncor pre-requisite training (approx. 4 hours, provided during onboarding)
Bistrainer Company Specific Training (3 courses, approx. 2-3 hours)
