In this critical position, you will lead technical development from concept to pre-production. Your responsibility includes modifying digital patterns and executing garment grading to ensure fit across sizes. Collaborating with Design and Production teams, you will ensure manufacturability while solving construction challenges throughout the development process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the complete technical development process
• Produce and maintain digital patterns via Gerber AccuMark
• Conduct garment grading and develop grade rules
• Create detailed construction documentation and specifications
• Troubleshoot fit issues and implement solutions
Requirements:
• Degree in Fashion, Technical Design, or equivalent experience
• 3–7+ years in technical development or pattern making
• Advanced skills in Gerber AccuMark and garment fitting
• Knowledge of construction methods and fabrics
• Solid communication and organizational skills
