The Resource Consultant offers essential consultation services, focusing on developing strategies for the successful integration of children. Ideal candidates will possess strong skills in child development, communication, and training delivery. Responsibilities include observing children, planning workshops, and advocating for children with special needs in community settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop inclusion plans with child care staff
• Conduct screenings and assessments of children




• Deliver training workshops for staff and parents
• Advocate for resources and support for families
• Liaise with community services and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Minimum 2 years experience with special needs children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead training sessions
• Valid Ontario Driver’s license required
