As a Family Physician, you'll provide comprehensive primary care services while collaborating with a team that values cultural safety and humility. The position involves an annual commitment of 672 hours, emphasizing holistic care tailored to the community's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary care across diverse community settings
• Collaborate in a team-based care setting
• Integrate cultural practices in service delivery
• Maintain a panel of approximately 650 patients
• Facilitate travel to various community sites weekly
Requirements:
• Active license with the College of Physicians of BC
• Training in Cultural Safety & Humility or willingness to pursue
• Experience with First Nations communities preferred
• Valid driving license with readiness to travel
• Commitment to patient-centered, culturally safe care
