Experienced Auto Paint Technician
We’re looking for an Experienced Auto Paint Technician who brings craftsmanship, efficiency, and a commitment to high-quality results. If you're ready for strong production volume, top-tier earning potential, and a supportive, high-performance environment, we’d like to meet you.
Our pay model is designed for high performers:
Earn up to $190,000+ annually through flat rate + production bonuses
26 flat rate to start, with the ability to reach up to 32 flat rate at top production levels
Bi‑weekly performance bonuses for surpassing production hour thresholds
Experienced paint technicians regularly bill 480+ hours per month
