As a Growth Engineer, you will report directly to the Director of Product Growth and work closely with our Product Manager and Designer. You will dive into high-leverage problems, creating experiments that drive onboarding, activation, and revenue conversion. Your agility in coding and adaptability will be key, as you'll quickly adjust strategies based on real-time data and insights.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and iterate onboarding flows to boost sign-up rates
• Design A/B tests and analyze data to drive decisions




• Own experiments from scoping to achieving outcomes
• Create lightweight internal tools to support team efficiency
• Engage in any activity that impacts product growth

Requirements:
• 3-6 years of full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies like LLMs or embeddings
• Ability to independently manage full development cycles
• Strong eye for UI/UX and attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solving skills and transparent English communication
