Responsibilities: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claimsubmissionsand billing clarification.

Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Successfully sell $5000 new life premium per month. (Critical illness, Disability, Life insurance products). host webinars and company events.





Network on behalf of agency.

Host financially minded appointments.

Assist in training other staff members on pivoting, booking, hosting.

Be a leader in the office and specialize in reaching promotional goals of agency.

Requirements: Sales experience required.

Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas with Financial services products Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Proactive inproblem-solving Dedicated to customer service Ability to multi-task Ability to make presentations to potential customers LLQP - must havea currentlicense Work independently Ready to work and sell immediately.
