Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Signals & Communications (S&C;) Quality Assurance Supervisor to join a leading transportation organization in the Eastern Region.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled S&C; professional who thrives in a quick-paced environment and is passionate about ensuring the successful delivery, testing, and activation of critical signal infrastructure projects.
In this role, you will oversee S&C; installation projects from planning through commissioning, ensuring all testing, cutovers, documentation, and quality assurance processes meet company and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution Prepare project scope documents and coordinate with Signal Design teams for proposed projects Participate in site surveys, feasibility reviews, and project cost estimates Work closely with local supervisors, managers, and Signal Design Engineers throughout project execution Identify material,
manpower, design, and scheduling gaps and develop solutions Support project budgeting and cost management initiatives Develop and coordinate pre-testing, cutover, and commissioning plans Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved safely and efficiently Quality Assurance & Testing Ensure testing procedures are properly completed, documented, and compliant with company standards Coordinate in-service testing and system activation activities Review and validate testing documentation and quality assurance requirements Support software verification and system functionality testing Participate in investigations and reporting related to activation failures or other signal system incidents Remain vigilant and prepared to respond to unusual operating conditions and critical issues Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Collaborate with engineering, operations, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery Provide technical expertise related to signal systems, standards, and procedures Support project estimation, site evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies Qualifications and Skills: High School Diploma or GED Two-year College Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical, Electronics,
or a related discipline Valid Driver''s Licence Minimum 5 years of experience in Signals & Communications or Industrial Control Systems Strong knowledge of signal systems, regulatory requirements, S&C; standards, specifications, and testing procedures Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Experience using SAP Bachelor''s Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering United States Operating Rules (USOR) Certification Railway industry experience in project delivery, testing, or commissioning environments Strong leadership and safety mindset Excellent communication and collaboration skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong organizational and planning skills Adaptability in fast-paced and changing environments Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Land Acknowledgement Adecco acknowledges that our head office is located in Tkarn:to/Toronto, on the traditional territory of many Nations, including the Anishinaabeg, the Haudenosaunee, the Huron-Wendat, and the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation.
