Adecco is currently hiring a full-time collaborative, motivated, and values-driven individual to join our client''s team as a Contracts Administrator.
This exciting contract opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in supporting the planning, implementation, and administration of contract awards while working alongside cross-functional project teams in a dynamic environment.
As a Contracts Administrator, you will contribute to the development and execution of project supply chain strategies, support contract lifecycle management, and help ensure successful contract outcomes through effective stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and contract administration.

Assist with contract formation, negotiation, administration, and closeout activities.
Collaborate with project teams to develop supply chain strategies and obtain the necessary approvals for implementation.
Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
Identify, assess, and help mitigate risks associated with contract awards and execution.
Support claims management and dispute resolution processes.
Maintain accurate contract documentation and records throughout the contract lifecycle.
Build and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners.
Provide contract-related advice and support to project teams and business stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain and contract management processes.
Qualifications and Skills: Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Professional designation such as SCMP (Supply Chain Management Professional) is considered a strong asset.
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in contract administration, procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
Experience managing relationships with external stakeholders and resolving conflicts effectively.
General knowledge of the Oil & Gas, Pipelines, and Terminals industry.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and contract management systems.
