Responsable Produit Lois de Contrôle A220 / A220 Control Laws Product Leader Description de l'emploi : Vous avez une expérience en gestion de projet, vous avez travaillé en développement de lois de contrôle de vol et vous souhaitez évoluer et développer de nouvelles compétences? Ce poste est pour vous ! Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Responsable Produit de Lois de Contrôle A220 (h/f) pour rejoindre notre équipe de Contrôle Avion basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez étroitement avec les équipes de lois de contrôle de Vol à Mirabel et à Toulouse. Vous ferez partie de l’équipe de Caractéristiques de Vol chargée du développement et de la certification des lois de contrôle de vol de l’A220. L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. Votre rôle en tant que Responsable Produit de Lois de Contrôle A220 sera d’être le point de contact principal concernant le développement des futures lois de contrôle de l’A220 et de coordonner, supporter, et contrôler les activités entourant ce développement.

Your challenges: Coordinates, supports and monitors activities to ensure manual and automatic control laws deliverables meet the agreed program requirements in Time, Cost, Quality and Maturity.
Ensure close coordination with other teams interacting with Control Laws in order to get a consolidated planning.
Support budget definition and ensure strict adherence.
Represent the team in project reviews.
Be responsible for the planning and workload of the subcontractors.
Lead the process to identify, manage and elevate changes, risks and opportunities associated with the Control laws deliverables.
Consolidate the Risk & Opportunities (R&O;), and lead the CoC R&O; reviews.
Manage the technical systems interfaces within A220 new development Control Laws perimeter.
Support Processes, methods and Tools to be used and define Mirabel team on-boarding plan and ensure adherence to it.
Identify additional tools needed when relevant.
Your boarding pass: You have a Bachelor, Master or PhD degree in Aeronautical Engineering; a background in Flight Control Laws is required; You have at least 10 years of experience in the Aerospace industry, and at least 5 years of experience in control laws development, understanding the interdependencies at Aircraft level.
You have experience in Project Management: Plans, schedules, routebooks, stakeholders management, managing interdependencies, identifying risks and mitigation plans, and adapting to changing situations and emerging obstacles.




You possess a deep technical understanding of flight control laws, enabling you to effectively coordinate complex activities, anticipate dependencies, and ensure the control law specialists have all necessary inputs at the right time.
You have good interpersonal skills allowing you to work efficiently in our cross functional team and interface with many different stakeholders, from different domains, different functions and different countries.
You can work independently and demonstrate initiative to achieve your objectives.
You are flexible and can adapt well in a dynamic environment.
Travel Required: Occasional travel to France.
