Maxest Capital is seeking a Senior Portfolio Property Manager to lead in office teams across residential buildings in BC and Alberta from our North Vancouver head office. You will own daily operations, drive high occupancy, ensure compliance, and shape the division’s systems as we grow toward Director-level leadership.
Reporting to ownership, you will manage leasing, budgets, vendor relations, and lender compliance while traveling ~25% of the time to properties in BC and Alberta.
