As a critical member of WSP's team, your role will involve managing various software tools including Zoom, Slack, and Adobe. You'll ensure compliance and enhance cost efficiency while supporting operational duties across Canada. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate inventory of software assets in ServiceNow
• Monitor COTS deployments for license compliance
• Support vendor audits and respond to inquiries
• Process software requests through ServiceNow
• Provide reporting and analytics on software usage
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Software Asset Management or ITIL-aligned role
• Robust grasp of licensing models and vendor agreements
• Hands-on experience with Snow License Manager
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and SCCM
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
