What are your contributions to the team?

Advise the manufacturing operations management team on strategic initiatives and decisions

Propose project structures and organizational structures promoting team efficiency

Define the master plan of the General Director, plan the activities and projects related to it, executing and monitoring key projects

Define a balanced dashboard as well as key performance indicators (KPI)

Be responsible for monthly reviews of the master plan and balanced scorecard for the General Director and his management committee

Participate in the establishment and implementation of governance standards across operational sites

Be responsible for the governance put in place at the level of the General Director





Be responsible for the employee engagement projects in manufacturing operations

Track budgets and expenses for projects in operations

Define and align communications for the manufacturing operations team

Work in collaboration with other sites to ensure harmonization and standardization of operational processes

How to thrive in this role?

You have 12 years of experience at Bombardier, 5 years of experience in operations and at least 3 years of management experience or equivalents

You have at least a college degree

You have experience in project coordination and administration and you are familiar with project management tools and techniques

You have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills

You are able to develop and implement processes related to operations

You master all the steps and processes related to the manufacturing operations

You have a sense of organization and great attention to detail

You have interpersonal skills and are comfortable leading presentations for senior management

You are a good team player on whom we can rely

You are clearly focused on results and the quality of your work

You master the MS Office suite (O365 setting)

You have a very good knowledge of the French and English languages
