Diligent seeks a Senior Manager to drive our AI Solutions Architecture function. You will lead a team of six, focusing on AI capabilities across various departments like Marketing, Sales, and Product Engineering. This role blends technical depth and people leadership, empowering your team while getting hands-on with solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of AI Solutions Architects and Engineers
• Define and communicate AI solutions strategy and roadmap
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize high-value AI opportunities




• Oversee end-to-end AI solutions lifecycle from ideation to deployment
• Champion responsible AI initiatives and ensure compliance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years in software, data, or solutions engineering
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Proven track record in delivering AI solutions
• Solid understanding of AI/GenAI patterns and technologies
