Key Responsibilities:
• Lead execution of a multi-year papermaking roadmap
• Identify and implement new technologies and best practices
• Support sites in optimizing OEE and reducing costs




• Drive continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives
• Provide coaching and training to enhance capabilities

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7 years in manufacturing and papermaking
• Strong knowledge of papermaking processes and quality systems
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and project management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
