We're hiring a Program Manager to lead two high-impact transformation initiatives focused on modernizing merchandising operations and driving AI-enabled business capabilities within a leading retail organization.
What You’ll Be Doing Enhance product launch readiness processes
Develop and improve visualization tools for merchandising teams
Support platform adoption and process optimization
Define user access, business requirements, and future-state capabilities
Drive operational improvements across merchandising workflows
Program 2: AI-Driven Product Curation Enable AI-powered assortment and allocation decision-making
Leverage demographic, climate, location, and competitive data
Partner closely with AI, product, and technology teams
Help operationalize AI insights into everyday business processes
Support strategic planning and execution across retail operations
Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and milestones
Create current-state and future-state process maps
Facilitate workshops and cross-functional stakeholder sessions
Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines
Establish governance models and decision-making frameworks
Prepare executive-level communications and program updates
Translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions
Drive stakeholder alignment across highly matrixed teams
Required Qualifications 3+ years of Program Management, Project Management, Transformation, or Business Operations experience
Experience within Retail, Merchandising, Planning, Product Operations, Apparel, or Supply Chain environments
Solid understanding of merchandising processes and product lifecycle management
Experience supporting GTM (Go-To-Market) initiatives
Proven process mapping experience including current-state and future-state design
Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation programs
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and dependencies
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Experience partnering with Product and Technology organizations
Must be based in Vancouver and able to work onsite
Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience with AI-enabled products or AI transformation initiatives
Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet experience
PMO leadership experience
Experience with merchandising and enterprise project management tools
