Our energy and resources client is seeking a Senior SAP Fieldglass Lead (10+ years) to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Fieldglass for contingent workforce management Join a high-visibility program within a leading energy organization focusing on enterprise-wide SAP transformation.

This role drives a clean-core, standardized Fieldglass platform integrated with SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and SAP Ariba.

The position leads functional design, integration simplification, and business adoption initiatives across contingent workforce management processes.

This is a critical opportunity to shape the future of contractor lifecycle management within a large-scale SAP Plus program.

Must Haves 10+ years in SAP environments with 7+ years dedicated to Fieldglass design, configuration, and implementation Hands-on experience with Fieldglass integrations across SAP S/4HANA and Workday Solid expertise in Contingent Workforce Management , Services Procurement , and Profile Worker modules Proficiency in data migration , data reconciliation , and integration troubleshooting within Fieldglass Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems,



Supply Chain, Human Resources, or related field Nice to Have Experience with SAP Ariba, Workday, and SAP GRC Background in energy, utilities, or other regulated industries Familiarity with Canadian labor regulations and contractor compliance Knowledge of SAP clean core principles and best practices Exposure to SAP Concur or services procurement processes Responsibilities Lead end-to-end functional design of SAP Fieldglass for contingent workforce management Drive simplification of Fieldglass through reduction of custom fields, layouts, and integrations Facilitate design workshops with HR, Supply Chain, Finance, and Project teams to align on future-state processes Redesign integrations between Fieldglass, SAP S/4HANA, and Workday addressing key system issues Ensure system alignment with contractor classification and management policies Oversee data migration, validation, and reconciliation of Fieldglass master data Lead UAT, defect triage, and operational readiness for Fieldglass go-live
