Our client is one of Canada’s leading Banks, located in Downtown Toronto.

With offices located around the world, the strength of the Bank’s Global Operations lies in the diverse and dynamic group of individuals who support critical business initiatives across Capital Markets, Wealth Management, and Enterprise Operations. This team plays a key role in delivering strategic transformation programs, regulatory initiatives, and process improvements that drive business performance and operational excellence.

Work Location
Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid 4x/week)

Position Overview

Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements across a variety of enterprise and capital markets initiatives.

Conduct current state and future state analysis to identify process improvements, operational efficiencies, and technology enhancements.

Create and maintain business requirements documents, process maps, user stories, functional specifications, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and project teams to support successful delivery of transformation initiatives.

Support testing activities including test strategy development, test case creation, defect management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation validation.

Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements sessions, project meetings, and status discussions across cross-functional teams.





Work within Agile delivery environments and contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Ensure project deliverables, documentation, and business processes align with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.

MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise technology, business transformation, or operational initiatives.

Solid experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, current/future state assessments, and stakeholder management.

Proven experience supporting testing activities including UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking.

Experience creating business documentation including BRDs, process flows, user stories, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams.

Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in Agile environments utilizing tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong documentation capabilities.

Nice to Have

Financial services, banking,



wealth management, or capital markets industry experience.

ETF product knowledge and exposure to fund management or investment operations.

Familiarity with Appian, IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), or workflow/process automation platforms.

Experience supporting regulatory, taxation, or enterprise transformation initiatives.

CBAP, CCBA, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications.

PAY DETAILS
Between $50 - $70 an hour
