ClaimsPro is seeking candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience handling property claims. This role focuses on effective communication, claims investigation, and customer service excellence. You'll be responsible for managing claims, negotiating settlements, and utilizing technology to assess damages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact policyholders and claimants promptly
• Investigate claims causes and provide recommendations
• Use technology to scope and quantify damages
• Identify exposures and negotiate settlements
• Deliver high customer service throughout the process
Requirements:
• High school diploma; preference for post-secondary education in insurance
• 3 to 5 years of property claims experience
• Ongoing education commitment; pursuing CIP or adjuster's license preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
