About the Role
As our Product Specialist – Professional AV, Broadcast & Streaming , you'll serve as the trusted technical advisor to our dealer and integrator network.

You’ll combine product expertise with customer support, demonstrations, technical training, and consultative solution selling to help customers succeed.

What You’ll Do

Support dealers and system integrators across Canada.

Respond to customer inquiries by phone, Teams, Zoom, and email.





Prepare quotations and complete AV solution recommendations.

Conduct technical demonstrations and training sessions.

Build long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

Visit customers monthly or bi-monthly.

Support product launches and marketing initiatives.

Represent ADI Pro at trade shows and industry events.

RTMP

Video switchers

Streaming systems

OBS Studio

vMix

IP networking

Requirements

Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle to make on-site customer visits
