HoneyBadger AI is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide recent clients from signup to activation at our downtown Vancouver office. You’ll tailor onboarding to each client’s goals, deliver sessions (1:1 or group), and create resources to drive early product adoption.
Work cross-functionally to refine onboarding flows, analyze usage data, and share insights with product teams to improve activation. A bachelor’s degree and strong communication are required.
