As an integral member of Mega Mold, you will leverage your expertise to construct, repair, and modify precision tooling and molds. This full time position requires not only excellent craftsmanship but also the ability to travel for support during mold trials and production launches. You will manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and repair molds with precision and close tolerances
• Engage in all stages of the mold-making process
• Perform grinding, EDM operations, and fittings accurately




• Handle multiple projects while managing priorities
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality assurance

Requirements:
• 5+ years in precision tooling and mold building
• Willingness to travel across Canada and internationally
• Strong computer skills for reading technical drawings
• Experience with manual machine tools
• Effective communication and customer service abilities
