Why Join The Team? The Product Definition department provides technical and operational support in drafting, CAD modeling, and design to the functional engineering groups. We are looking for Product Definition professionals who will be responsible for defining detailed parts for a turbine engine.
This is a full time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil , and performed exclusively on-site.
What will your day-to-day look like? Produces complex engineering drawings and specifications using a computer-aided design system (CATIA V5).
Provides technical support throughout the detailed design phase.
Ensures that all drawings and documentation meet established requirements.
Strong knowledge of mechanical drafting,



engineering mathematics, geometric tolerancing (GD&T;), manufacturing methods, and knowledge of physics and strength of materials is an asset.
Experience using CATIA V5 (2D and 3D) or equivalent.
The employee may be asked to assist with the orientation, training, assignment, and review of other employeesM-BM-^@M-BM-^@M-BM-^@s work, and may also support other organizations.
What do you need to be successful? College diploma (DEC) in Engineering Technology or a BachelorM-BM-^@M-BM-^@Ms degree in Engineering, with more than 5 years of experience.
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
General knowledge of the manufacturing and operation of turbine engines.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Proven organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Field of study: Technical Drawing, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing.
This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations,



as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
