Bitdeer is hiring a detailed-oriented Regulatory Manager to ensure compliance with municipal, provincial, and environmental regulations. You will liaise with project teams, local planning authorities, and community stakeholders to facilitate necessary permits. The role emphasizes collaboration with regulatory bodies and utility partners to align operations with Alberta's regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct environmental and land-use permit applications
• Engage with regulatory authorities and municipal stakeholders
• Align power grid interconnection applications with provincial regulations




• Manage community consultation and Indigenous relations
• Perform risk assessments for recent site selections

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Law, or related field
• 5–8+ years in regulatory affairs within Alberta
• In-depth knowledge of Alberta's environmental regulations
• Experience in data center or major infrastructure projects
• Professional Planner or Engineer certifications preferred
