You've been the guy the crew already asks when something goes sideways. This is the role where that's your actual job — your site, your crew, your standard.

Retaining walls, paving stone driveways, decks, fences, turf, excavation. We're one of the fastest-growing companies on the North Shore, and we're hiring foremen who want to grow with us.

What you'll own

Run job sites start to finish — layout, sequencing, quality, cleanup

Lead a crew of 2–5 — direct the work, set the pace, hold the standard

Be the customer's point of contact on site — answer questions, flag changes

Keep jobs on schedule and on budget — materials, hours, waste

Train the next generation — bring apprentices up to your level

Own site safety — daily checks, hazard calls, everyone home safe

What you bring
Must-haves

4+ years landscape construction experience

Proven crew leadership — you've run sites, not just worked on them

Valid BC driver's licence + confident towing 10–14 ft trailers

Robust across multiple trades: hardscape, concrete, carpentry, masonry, planting





Can read plans and translate them into a day's work for your crew

Reliable, organized, and calm when the day changes on you

Nice-to-haves

Small equipment tickets (skid steer, excavator)

First Aid certification

Red Seal or trade certification

Experience with site scheduling or crew apps
