Shifts Monday to Friday (Possible Saturday) 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (Possible extensions to 5:30 PM) General Labourers will support daily production operations within a fish processing plant.

This is a physically active role in a fast-paced setting requiring attention to safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.

Experience in fish processing or food manufacturing is preferred but not required training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Duties may include, but are not limited to: Handling and sorting raw fish products Trimming, cutting, filleting, and cleaning fish Weighing, grading,



and packaging seafood products Operating basic processing equipment and tools Loading/unloading product on production lines Palletizing and preparing orders for shipment Cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment Maintaining food safety and quality control standards Following all health & safety regulations Working in cold and wet environments Supporting team members to meet daily production targets Requirements Ability to work full-time hours for the 6 week project Ability to stand for long periods Comfortable working in a cold, wet, and fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation to St.
