The firm is widely recognized for delivering innovative, sustainable, and community-focused design solutions across multiple sectors, including defense and federal projects.

With an extensive project pipeline and a collaborative studio culture, this is an opportunity to influence some of the citys most meaningful projects from concept to completion. THE ROLE As a Senior Architect, you will take ownership of complex architectural projectsguiding them through design, documentation, and construction phases.

Youll manage diverse client relationships, coordinate internal and external teams, and ensure project delivery aligns with expectations.

This role will have you being the lead client correspondent, leading design charrettes, presenting to the client and leading the architecture team.

This role requires strategic thinking and technical precision.

Youll lead multidisciplinary coordination, oversee project delivery, and mentor junior team membersall while ensuring a seamless dialogue between client vision, project execution, and regulatory requirements.

Youll work closely with senior leadership int he firm to uphold design excellence across all stages.
