Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The Controllerwillbe responsible forthe internal financial reporting and management of supporting accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities Include: Supervise the activities of thesenioraccounting teammembers Ensure accuracy and timelinessofcomplexrevenue entries Ensure that all entries are made by following accounting standards (ASPE) and various Ministry of Health financial policies Prepare monthlyfinancial reporting for 3 business divisionsandyear-endfinancial reporting Maintainoversight on

Capex-like expenditures against budget Help prepare/reviewbad debtcalculations and ensurebad debtcollection procedures are followed Assistmanagers and site staffwithvarious reporting needs Safeguard the integrity and completeness of the financial data in our healthcare resident portal Review andapprovenew vendorsand current employees in Yardi Review A/P payments,payrolland other routine duties Prepare monthly accruals and true-up entries Assistwith year-end audits Engage with CFO when accounting abnormalitiesor variancesarise Other relevant duties asrequired Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with the following Qualifications/ Experience: Proven work experience as a Controlleror another senioraccounting role withseveraldirect reports 10+ years of overall accounting experience including5+ years of supervisory responsibility Accounting degree CPA designationis notrequiredbut strongly preferred Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Advanced knowledge of financial accounting software (Yardi preferred) and Microsoft
