About This Opportunity Reporting into the Warehouse Manager and/or Lead Supervisor, the Analyst (hourly) will be multi-focused with project work and responsible for some daily tasks.

Responsibilities Support supervisors with employee observations/engineer labor standards Assist Supervisors with daily tasks and responsibilities Ensure employees are adhering to safety standards and accurately doing their job Product Date Audits Track equipment for the warehouse including, scanners, Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs), IT equipment, and running audits on the equipment Ensure Daily Off Standards Cover pick and bulk dock stations,



supervisory duties Complete Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) walks daily Support unionized employees to meet their daily goals and/or targets Coach Employees on best practices Use SAP on a daily basis Complete daily tasks and/or projects as assigned Qualifications High school diploma and/or post-secondary education Prior Warehouse experience preferred Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy MS Office Experience including intermediate Excel skills and SAP Flexibility to work afternoon shift Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks) Solid communication skills, oral and written are a requirement Ability to handle responsibilities and work both independently and as a team member Strong analytical and organization skills Why work with us?
