180 Systems is seeking an ERP Project Manager (Senior Consultant) to lead enterprise software implementation projects for clients mostly in the GTA across a range of industries. This role is responsible for managing ERP projects from initiation through deployment, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining project governance, and ensuring projects remain aligned to scope, timelines, and budget expectations.The ideal candidate has experience leading ERP or enterprise software projects in client-facing environments and is comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities.ResponsibilitiesLead ERP implementation projects through all project phases including initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live supportFacilitateproject planning and discovery workshops with client stakeholders and software vendorsDevelop and maintain project documentation including Project charters, Detailed project plans, Timelines and milestone schedules, RACI matrices, RAID logs and Governance and communication plansDefine and manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirementsMonitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, delays, and budget concernsCoordinate cross-functional client teams, internal consultants, and software vendors throughout the project lifecycleEscalate project risks and issues as required and support resolution activitiesPrepare and deliver project status updates, steering committee materials, and executive reportingManage project change requests and maintain alignment between approved scope and delivery expectationsSupport clients with business process reviews, operational assessments,



and change management activitiesHold project participants accountable for assigned tasks, deliverables, and timelinesSupport implementation planning activities including testing, training, cutover, and go-live readinessManage multiple projects simultaneously within a client-driven consulting environmentQualifications:5+ years of project management experience within ERP, enterprise software, or technology environmentsExperience leading ERP implementation projects in client-facing environmentsStrong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and project governance practicesExperience working with finance, HR, operations, or cross-functional business teamsStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsExperience preparing executive-level presentations and project reportingProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday.Com, or similar project management tools and Visio or other process mapping toolsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experiencePreferred QualificationsERP consulting or software implementation consulting experienceBusiness Analyst experienceMBA, CPA, PMP, or related designationExperience supporting change management and business process transformation initiativesAbout 180 Systems180 Systems provides independent consulting services focused on the selection, implementation, and optimization of enterprise software solutions, including ERP systems.
