As a key member of the Human Resources Division, you will report to the Compensation and Benefits Manager. This role involves creating class specifications, conducting job evaluations, and handling reclassification requests while fostering inclusive collaboration with unions and staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Create and amend job class specifications
• Conduct job evaluations on new and existing roles
• Handle all reclassification requests efficiently




• Communicate job evaluation outcomes to stakeholders
• Participate in compensation surveys and projects

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years related experience required
• Undergraduate degree in health or related field
• Ability to manage complex tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Obtain and maintain required police security clearance
