This chance focuses on working directly with interdisciplinary teams in Calgary's rural communities, including Vulcan, High River, and Strathmore. In this role, you will engage with patients, primarily in (sub)acute care settings, and have the chance to support residents in Long Term Care and Home Care services, ensuring tailored rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide evidence-informed services based on occupational performance
• Collaborate with clients and families for effective rehabilitation
• Participate in interprofessional teams for quality improvement




• Engage in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Foster relationships within the healthcare community

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registration with Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Strong assessment and communication skills
