6–8 years of experience in IT operations, deployment, service management, or IT project management environments
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and IT service management processes
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate project activities, and ensure timely task completion
Experience in systems analysis, operational support, and driving continuous process improvements
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, issue resolution, and implementing operational advancement initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a proactive approach to staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends
