Eagle Urban Transition Centre seeks a Jordan’s Principle Advocate/Support Worker to support First Nations children, youth and families. You will work independently and as part of a team to link resources, provide referrals, and develop care plans while maintaining confidentiality and complying with PHIA.
Required are a Social Work credential or equivalent, solid communication and cross-sector collaboration, and a willingness to engage with First Nations communities and government partners.
