• Engage with students to provide academic guidance
• Develop and implement innovative advising practices
• Assist in student retention and progression strategies
• Plan and conduct training workshops and events
• Navigate complex records databases like Banner

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of two years advising experience
• In-depth knowledge of educational systems
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
