CPSA is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage full-cycle recruitment. This role requires close collaboration with leadership and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and understand workforce needs. Your goal is to not only fill positions but ensure a high-quality experience for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings and offer negotiation
• Partner with management to define selection criteria and talent needs
• Develop sourcing strategies across multiple platforms




• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews for evaluations
• Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend process enhancements

Requirements:
• Business diploma with a focus on Human Resources
• 5 years of relevant experience, 2 years in recruitment
• Advanced communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Office 365
• Strong attention to detail and customer service approach
