I am a condominium in Oliver, British Columbia, seeking a reliable house sitter.
This position involves only mail collection once a week and entering my 640 sqf 1 Bedroom condo only for 5 minuits every 3 days / so 3 times a week to make sure their are no waterleaks for insurance purposes and in the winter make sure heat is on. 3 thermostates will be on 20 C 24/7.
This is long term 5 month starting in October 2026 and then 9 more month in 2027. I am offering $10/ day so 30 / week for this service.
This position is ideal for someone looking to earn some extra cash in the beighbourhood.
