Vital Bio is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to lead the design transfer of an analytical IVD instrument, guiding a multidisciplinary team from design through manufacturing. You will own end-to-end hardware transfer, ensuring on-time delivery while coordinating across QA, Supply Chain, and integration teams.
You will drive design reviews, manage risks, and work closely with software/firmware, with a focus on regulatory readiness and high engineering standards.
