Lead the recent Youth Centre for Little Salmon/Carmacks First Nation in Carmacks. This managerial role focuses on youth programming, staff mentorship, and community partnerships for cultural and personal growth.
In late summer 2026, LSCFN opens a Youth Centre aimed at providing a safe space for youth and families. As the Manager, you will oversee daily operations, offer guidance to staff, and manage community relationships. This role requires experience in youth services and program supervision to empower young leaders through collaborative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Youth Centre programming and facility operations
• Hire, train, and mentor program staff
• Support staff in developing programming plans
• Collaborate with community service providers
• Manage budget and maintain program data
Requirements:
• High school diploma; Bachelor's in youth services preferred
• Valid class 5 driver’s license
• Experience in managing facility-based programs
• Knowledge of positive youth development practices
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
