Customer Support Associate

This is a Monday to Friday position with no cold calling — all appointments are pre-scheduled. You’ll meet with homeowners to discuss and recommend eco-friendly products and solutions that improve their water quality and overall well-being.

Pre-scheduled appointments – no door knocking or telemarketing





No experience necessary – we provide paid, hands-on training

Monday to Friday schedule – no weekends or holidays

What You’ll Do Attend company-booked in-home appointments with homeowners

Conduct basic home improvement quality checks (training provided)

Recommend eco-friendlysolutions tailored to each customer

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships

What We Offer: Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually
