Contact Center Automation Engineer – IVR, UI/API Automation, Java, Agile

Skills Required

Expertise in Contact Center platforms

IVR/Routing Automation using Cyara, Hammer, etc.

Automation testing across UI and APIs (Selenium, Postman, Karate, etc. – any of them)

Agent Desktop Automation

Core Java

Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities

Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, IDEs (IntelliJ/Eclipse), etc.

Experience working in a structured scaled Agile setting
