Join Sunny Days & Sunshine Center as a Physical Therapist in California, working with infants and toddlers. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling and the ability to make a meaningful impact in children's lives.
As a Physical Therapist with Sunny Days, you will deliver home-based Early Intervention services to children aged birth to three with developmental needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments and providing therapy services following Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP). Your role fosters family engagement using a parent coaching model and emphasizes therapy in natural settings such as homes and daycare centers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct developmental assessments and provide targeted physical therapy
• Follow and adapt each child's Individualized Family Service Plan
• Utilize parent coaching to enhance caregiver skills
• Deliver services in various community settings
• Maintain confidentiality in compliance with regulations
Requirements:
• Current California Physical Therapy license
• Experience in pediatrics, with a preference for Early Intervention
• Robust interpersonal and clinical skills
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
