As a part of Intact's growing team, this role requires a passionate skilled with at least three years of property claims experience. You will evaluate insurance policies, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve claims efficiently. Your expertise in handling water and fire damages will be invaluable in this challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and analyze claims for determining coverage
• Negotiate with clients, lawyers, and insurers to resolve disputes




• Manage field tasks on behalf of internal adjusters
• Collaborate with evaluation, underwriting, and legal teams
• Monitor insurance product trends and investigation techniques

Requirements:
• Valid AMF permit (5A)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field adjusting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in French and English
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
